Guided Life Care is a DDS-contracted support services agency dedicated to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families across the Oklahoma City area.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, DDS-contracted support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We believe every individual deserves to live a full, connected life — at home, in their community, and on their own terms.
We partner with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services — Developmental Disabilities Services (DHS/DDS), families, case managers, and natural supports to deliver care that is respectful, consistent, and person-centered.

Meet Caroline
Years of healthcare and DD experience — now serving Oklahoma City families.
Caroline Villanueva founded Guided Life Care to bring a higher standard of person-centered support to families in Oklahoma City. With certification as a CNA, hands-on medical assistant experience, and a background as a Senior Program Coordinator at an established DD agency, she has spent her career serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
That combination — clinical training, operational leadership, and direct service experience — shapes the way Guided Life Care operates: warmly, professionally, and always with the person at the center.
Caroline's commitment is simple: build a small, well-trained team that knows the people we serve, shows up consistently, and treats every family the way she would want her own loved ones treated.
