What We Offer
Six Person-Centered Support Services
Contracted through Oklahoma DHS Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), our services flex around the individual and the family — never the other way around.
Supported Living
In-home support helping individuals live independently in their own homes or apartments.
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Hands-on assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene.
Respite Care
Temporary relief services for primary caregivers and family members, in the home or community.
Day Habilitation
Community-based program focused on developing life skills, social connections, and meaningful daily activities.
Behavioral Support Services
Individualized behavioral assessment and support plans to help individuals thrive at home and in the community.
Community Living Support
Structured support for individuals living in group or community settings — focused on independence, inclusion, and quality of life.
